With over 15 years of experience in the Digital Financial Services industry, Chilekwa has developed expertise in the field of strategic planning, digital banking, business development, field research, talk radio host, digital marketing, and corporate acquisition.

She has held several leadership positions such as M.D, Country Manager for Flutterwave Zambia, Head of Strategic Partnerships Digital PayGo, Head of Corporate Relationships at Zoona Zambia and Head of Digital Banking for UBA Bank Zambia.

She was officially appointed as Chairperson of the ADFP in Zambia, a position she has been serving as interim Chair since August 2022.

Ms. Banda was recently awarded a certificate of recognition as a mentor for young upcoming women in E-Commerce at the 2022 E-Commerce award.

Ms. Banda holds a BSc Honors Degree in Computing and Information Systems from the London Metropolitan University, where she was recognized with a Roll of honor award as a high flyer during her academic year.
